Add many events at once

Venues, libraries, cities and organizers: send a whole season in one spreadsheet. Every event is reviewed before it appears.

How it works

  1. Download the spreadsheet template and fill in one row per event (Excel and Google Sheets both work).
  2. Save it as a CSV file (File > Save As > CSV).
  3. Upload it below. Tick "Just check my file" first if you want to see what would be added.

Columns: title, description (20+ characters), dates (10/16/2026 or 10/16/2026 to 10/18/2026), time, venue, address, city, website, free (yes/no), fee (for example $25 adults, $10 kids), kid friendly (yes/no). Up to 100 events per file. Venue, address and city can be left blank if you fill the boxes below.

If every event is at the same place, fill these in once and leave those columns empty.

Listings are free and not guaranteed. We may edit for length or decline events outside Southern California.
